I have been a cook ever since I helped my mother prepare our daily vegetarian meals.
My love for cooking brought me to Francis Tuttle Technology Center to teach the masses how to prepare vegetarian Indian food. My extensive knowledge of how to prepare food with different types of spices helps me teach my students the fundamentals of Indian cooking. I have been gratified that my classes have been extremely popular, often filling to capacity. I also am available for individual cooking demonstrations, cooking lessons, and serving as a private party chef. My daughter, Reina, also an accomplished chef, is indespensable in helping me as I once helped my mother. We will be happy to come to your home and prepare a sumptuous feast!
